Traditional Ukrainian recipe filled with cottage cheese & potato. Best served with fried onions and sour cream. Add pieces of bacon for extra flavour. 1.3 kg / bag (approx. 60 peices)
Filling ingredients: cottage cheese, black pepper, dill, salt, egg & spices.
Dough ingredients: flour, eggs, water, canola oil, salt
May contain wheat, milk and nuts.
Cooking instructions: add frozen perogies to boiling water. Stir to avoid sticking. Gently boil until perogies raise to the top. Drain water. Toss perogies in melted butter and fried onions. Read to serve.
